Q: When will my order ship?
A: Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Once processed, your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS and typically delivered within 1-5 business days.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: If you made an error, please reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible with the correct address. If the order has already been shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error, we cannot issue a refund.
